The text and files you use in the tools

The tools run in your browser. The text you type, the dates and numbers you enter, the images you choose and the passwords or QR codes you generate are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, not sent to third parties and not stored by us. When you close the page, they are gone, unless you saved a result yourself.

Hosting and security logs

Utilvana is hosted by Vercel Inc. When your browser requests a page, Vercel processes the technical data needed to deliver it and to protect the site against abuse: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the address of the page requested, and the date and time. Vercel processes this data on our behalf. It may be processed in the United States; Vercel states that it relies on the safeguards the GDPR requires for such transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering the site and keeping it secure.

No analytics and no advertising

Utilvana does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools today. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it, and we will update this policy before they go live. The cookie policy lists the cookies in use.

When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and your message to answer you. We keep them for as long as the exchange requires, and longer only if a legal obligation applies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, or its portability, and you can object to its processing. Write to info@cosmovia.be. Because we do not collect the data you use in the tools, the requests we can act on usually concern emails you sent us.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, dataprotectionauthority.be.

Changes to this policy

If the way Utilvana processes data changes, this page will be updated first, and the date at the top will change.
